Yes — 100%. We source through authorized US distributors and never from grey-market channels. Every product ships in original brand packaging. If you ever doubt an item, email us and we'll send proof of authentication for that order.
Weekday orders placed before 1 PM local at the routing warehouse ship the next business day. Orders auto-route to whichever of our two US warehouses (Florida or Texas) is closer to your ZIP. Most US destinations arrive within 2–5 business days. Alaska and Hawaii typically take 5–8 days.
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $49. Below that it's a flat $6.99. You'll see the free-shipping progress bar in your bag as you shop.
30 days, no questions asked, on any unopened item. Defective items get a free return label and a same-day refund once we confirm receipt. Hygiene items (opened skin care, opened food) can't be returned for resale reasons.
Yes — every order gets a tracking number by email within an hour of dispatch. You can also look it up anytime from the order tracking page using your order number and email.
